The MRD-Determinator and Pre-Determinator software programs, created and developed by Mr. Ely, help guide planners, estate attorneys and pension managers - even experienced ones - through complicated planning scenarios in a series of easy steps. They are designed to help the user understand the rules applicable in different situations and are geared toward compliance. The reports not only tell you “what” must be distributed but also “why” it must be distributed.
