FI360Fiduciary 360 is the recognized industry expert on the subject of investment fiduciary responsibility. They have developed standards, training and tools for investment fiduciaries. STANDARDSThe Foundation for Fiduciary Studies (Foundation) was established to develop and promote global fiduciary standards of excellence for Investment Stewards, Investment Advisors, and Investment Managers. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was established in September of 2000 to develop and advance practice standards of care (practices) for investment fiduciaries, which includes trustees and investment committee members, as well as brokers, bankers, and investment advisors. It is independent of any ties to the investment community and therefore, positioned to be a crucible for advancing the practice standards of care. TRAININGThe Center for Fiduciary Studies provides classroom, web-based, and custom training on investment fiduciary responsibility. Coursework supports the AIF® and AIFA® professional designations. The center was established as the first full-time training and research facility focused exclusively on investment fiduciary responsibility and portfolio management. The Center provides training to help investment fiduciaries and professionals understand the intersection between their responsibilities and the investment process. Programs at the Center support the AIF® and AIFA® professional designations. TOOLSFiduciary Analytics is the leading, global resource for investment fiduciaries; providing analytical, consulting and asset management services. The tools are designed by industry experts to help the fiduciary manage a prudent investment process. They have specifically designed the tools to help improve the decision-making process for the investment fiduciary. They are considered go-to sources for fiduciary information. They are designed to help meet a minimum fiduciary standard of care. Surprisingly, the investment industry has never defined a fiduciary standard of care despite the fact that over five million fiduciaries control approximately 80% of the nation’s investable assets.
